• 5–7 years of experience in customer-facing positions such as sales, consulting, or customer success
• Comprehensive understanding of subscription models, SaaS, and professional services sales
• Domain knowledge and technical background to comprehend business challenges
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable enterprise-level solutions
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills
