This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Maintains and fosters relationships with existing clients.
• Acts as the intermediary between client companies and operations personnel.
• Ensures that MSA/SOWs are kept up-to-date.
• Achieves a growth rate of 20% or more in the existing client base compared to the previous calendar year.
• Holds weekly or bi-weekly status meetings with all DRTV and for-profit clients.
• Organizes pre-drive meetings with all non-profit PBS/NPR clients two weeks before the drive begins (excluding Tier 1 MSB clients).
• Conducts post-drive meetings with all non-profit PBS/NPR clients within two weeks after the drive concludes.
• Maintains and increases the average number of products in the client portfolio to at least 3.5 products per client.
• Ensures timely responses to all emails, tickets, and programming tasks within twenty-four business hours of receipt.
• Coordinates the onboarding and launch of new clients with all relevant stakeholders.
• Serves as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients, managing relationship strategies and driving both short- and long-term initiatives to successful completion with consistency.
• Oversees the health of assigned accounts by proactively identifying signs of client dissatisfaction or risk, escalating issues early, and balancing client advocacy with ACD’s business objectives to promote retention and long-term growth.
• Establishes strong cross-functional partnerships internally to advocate for client needs, ensure alignment on deliverables, and guarantee consistent follow-through that provides an exceptional client experience.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• One to two years of relevant experience or equivalent.
