This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist designated Account Executives(s) and TPO sales leadership.
• Responsible for supporting tasks related to efficient loan processing, reviewing files to ensure compliance with underwriting standards and completeness of submissions.
• Provide backup support for assigned Account Executive(s) during their absence, including aiding brokers and resolving issues.
• Aid marketing initiatives and collaborate with brokers to ensure timely loan closings.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as all relevant US state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the company’s operations.
• Execute all data entry, data management, and other administrative responsibilities to allow assigned Account Executive(s) to concentrate on sales efforts.
• Input new contacts into the system.
• Manually enter loan applications.
• Schedule Zoom sales meetings with new brokers and current clients.
• Organize and input loan information received into the Loan Origination System.
• Collect loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, and similar materials.
• Monitor incoming documents to verify data collected by Account Executives.
• Obtain or verify credit reports and flood certifications as necessary.
• Send welcome emails to new accounts and loan officers.
• Dispatch thank-you emails to brokers post-closing.
• Set up company-sanctioned LinkedIn marketing for daily posts.
• Review all expiring locks to ensure extensions are processed and monitor unlocked loans, sending reminders to brokers for locking.
• Contact brokers regarding monthly closings to expedite condition submissions and keep account managers informed of any updates or findings; document insights in the conversation log.
• Proactively oversee the pipeline to guarantee timely funding of loans.
• Act as the primary contact for marketing projects, lead management tasks, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing the sales, personal branding, and lead generation and conversion objectives of assigned Account Executive(s).
• Coordinate both in-person and virtual marketing events.
• Collaborate with sales management and assigned Account Executive(s) to explore strategies for expanding their business model.
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance with Company policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Generate reports for Account Executive(s) and sales management.
• Build individual relationships with assigned Account Executive(s) to identify any additional support needed on a case-by-case basis.
• Complete various tasks and assist departmental support staff as requested by sales management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in using Carrington’s loan origination system and other tools utilized in the mortgage origination process, or, if new to the company, possess the capability to learn systems rapidly.
• Highly skilled in operating office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capacity to manage detailed assignments and maintain self-motivation.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• Capability to maintain highly confidential information in line with the Company’s privacy policy concerning borrower confidentiality.
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the mortgage industry is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, concierge, or customer experience roles is required.
• Experience in Retail Loan Processing or as a Wholesale Account Manager is preferred.
• Familiarity with working in a paperless environment is preferred.
