This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Identify and engage potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media channels.
• Perform comprehensive needs analysis and discovery sessions with prospective clients.
• Customize software solution presentations and demonstrations to meet specific client requirements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing arrangements with clients.
• Keep an accurate log of sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Create and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Remain knowledgeable about industry trends and offer valuable insights to clients.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
• Act as a mentor and role model for junior Account Executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in software sales, ideally within the SMB and mid-market sectors.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
• Highly motivated and driven, possessing a hunter mentality.
• Capability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and closing sales deals.
• Familiarity with essential business management solutions.
• Ability to comprehend complex customer requirements and navigate sales processes effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
• Quick and adaptable learner who keeps pace with the latest technology and market developments.
