This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Drive new business acquisition and foster revenue growth throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
• Manage the APAC sales pipeline comprehensively and quantitatively utilizing Hubspot CRM.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
• Gain a profound understanding of clients' and prospects' business models, strategies, and objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships across various stakeholder functions, including executives, alliances, sales, and pre-sales.
• Create and finalize new business deals both directly and via the partner network.
• Collaborate closely with end users and work alongside partners to drive joint deals to completion.
• Conduct regular pipeline development meetings, which include account planning and strategy sessions.
• Work with partners to identify and cultivate new opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts.
• Ensure effective execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Qualify and onboard new clients.
• 5+ years of experience in an account executive or direct sales position.
• 5+ years of experience selling within the APAC market.
• Proven experience in managing existing accounts and closing deals through a partner network.
• Experience in direct client engagement within the software sector.
• Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts clearly.
• A proactive approach characterized by networking skills, trust-building, relationship management, and connecting people.
• A strong curiosity to learn and assimilate information swiftly.
