
Account Executive – Agricultural Regulatory Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel new business expansion within Homologa and Regulatory Limits.
• Promote SaaS subscriptions alongside Data-as-a-Service offerings.
• Create and implement a territory strategy to surpass annual sales goals.
• Generate a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, marketing leads, events, and referrals.
• Assess opportunities utilizing a consultative sales approach.
• Cultivate prospects across sectors such as crop protection, biologicals, seed companies, AgTech, food and beverage producers, CROs, and testing labs.
• Establish FoodChain ID as a reliable partner for regulatory intelligence, compliance, and market access.
• Foster relationships with teams in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, R&D, Food Safety, Quality, Commercial, Procurement, and Digital.
• Oversee opportunities from initial discovery to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Regulatory Specialists, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Keep precise records and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Background in selling SaaS, DaaS, Information Services, RegTech, Scientific Data, Analytics Platforms, or subscription software.
• Documented success in surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in generating new business opportunities.
• Skilled in managing consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging with technical, regulatory, and commercial audiences.
• Familiarity with regulated industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office is required.
• Naturally inquisitive and eager to learn about complex industries.
• Proactive in creating new business opportunities.
• Open to coaching, ambitious, and keen on personal development.
• Capable of articulating business value effectively.
• Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and communication.
• Excellent discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
