This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Proactively seek out middle-market accounts, while occasionally targeting smaller accounts, in key sectors such as fintech, credit, legal technology, and law firms.
β’ Implement multichannel outbound strategies (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, video) utilizing personalized and highly tailored approaches based on verticals.
β’ Manage the complete sales cycle: from discovery and demonstration to proposal, negotiation, and closing β demonstrating autonomy and strong ownership.
β’ Rigorously assess opportunities using methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or BANT, ensuring the CRM remains consistently updated.
β’ Actively participate in shaping the sales operation: document playbooks, establish cadences, suggest tracking metrics, and assist in developing processes to scale the team.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success (CS) and Product teams to ensure effective onboarding and identify growth opportunities within the customer base.
β’ Achieve and surpass monthly goals for pipeline generation, qualified meetings, and closed deals.
β’ Provide market intelligence: analyze competitors, recurring objections, and potential positioning opportunities.
β’ 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a demonstrated history of successful outbound prospecting and deal closure.
β’ Proven experience in consultative selling to mid-market firms, as well as familiarity with shorter sales cycles in smaller accounts.
β’ Capability to structure commercial processes: you have played a role in building or enhancing a sales operation, rather than just executing within an existing framework.
β’ Knowledge of Sales Engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Reply.io, or similar), AI tools (Claude, Gemini), and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey stories through data and navigate organizations with multiple decision-makers effortlessly.
β’ Data-driven approach: you monitor your metrics, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to address them.
