Account Executive – AE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for a designated territory of potential and existing client opportunities.

• Regularly generate and progress qualified opportunities that align with revenue objectives.

• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline.

• Identify and investigate potential clients within target markets.

• Articulate OptimaFI's value proposition during initial conversations.

• Conduct presentations and manage the development of proposals.

• Keep precise records of opportunities and update the pipeline in Salesforce.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in full-cycle closing.

• Demonstrated ability to source leads independently.

• Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or related SaaS sectors.

• Possess a builder mentality.

• Adhere to disciplined processes.

• Maintain a low ego while demonstrating high ownership.

• Communicate clearly and confidently.
