• 4–8 years of experience in full-cycle closing.
• Demonstrated ability to source leads independently.
• Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or related SaaS sectors.
• Possess a builder mentality.
• Adhere to disciplined processes.
• Maintain a low ego while demonstrating high ownership.
• Communicate clearly and confidently.
