• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to comprehend curriculum challenges, learner outcome objectives, and institutional priorities.

• Develop and present persuasive business cases that align educational results with institutional objectives and return on investment.

• Oversee multi-year agreement opportunities from initial discussions to contract signing, engaging with faculty, simulation leadership, academic leadership, procurement, and IT.

• Showcase how OMS facilitates curriculum delivery, competency-based education, learner engagement, and assessment, coordinating with clinical education and solutions colleagues as required.

• Navigate university procurement, purchasing, and contracting procedures until closure.

• Cultivate robust, multi-faceted relationships with simulation directors, faculty, program leaders, deans, and budget owners.

• Represent OMS in the field at academic conferences, simulation events, and nursing/medical education meetings; this role requires a significant field presence.

• Provide market intelligence and buyer insights back to the commercial team.
