This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Accountable for the expansion of territories and promoting the sales of Comcast Business strategic offerings.
β’ Responsible for the acquisition and management of mid-market and enterprise commercial clients.
β’ Creates and presents live sales demonstrations to potential customers.
β’ Fosters relationships and ensures alignment and consistent communication with key go-to-market partners.
β’ Keeps precise and high-quality sales records and generates sales and activity reports.
β’ Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent coursework and experience.
β’ 5-7 Years of Relevant Work Experience.
β’ Cold Calling proficiency.
β’ Customer Experience (CX) expertise.
β’ Strong Customer Relationships skills.
β’ Excellent Customer Service abilities.
β’ Direct Selling experience.
β’ Knowledge of Sales Compensation.
β’ Familiarity with Network Design, SDWAN, and Network Security.
β’ Understanding of MAN technologies and designs, including WDM, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN), Networking Protocols (with an emphasis on Layers 1, 2, & 3), Customer Premise Equipment (voice & data), Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts.
