• Propel account growth: you will take charge of identifying new automation opportunities within your customer portfolio and spearheading platform and service upsells within these accounts.
• Cultivate strategic relationships at the executive level: establish trusted connections with various C-level NHS stakeholders and Transformation/Programme Directors.
• Formulate and implement account plans: collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to develop structured account plans aimed at revenue enhancement, stakeholder involvement, and long-term strategic value.
• Oversee comprehensive sales cycles: assume full responsibility for all stages of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract signing.
• Establish market presence: enhance credibility within the NHS ecosystem through networking, events, and referrals.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in selling to the NHS or working within the NHS.
• Profound understanding of Trust structures, ICBs, and the NHS funding and priority landscape.
• A robust existing network across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and NHS Bodies.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
• Experience in automation, AI, digital transformation, enterprise SaaS, or consulting services is highly regarded.
