Account Director – Strategic, Enterprise Clients

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across 10–15 multimillion-dollar annual contract value (ACV) accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite leaders through strategic, forward-looking engagement.

• Facilitate strategic business reviews and success planning that align client objectives with products and services, identify expansion opportunities, and support multi-year, higher-value contracts.

• Enhance net revenue retention through proactive renewal management, monitoring adoption, and early identification of risks and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Technical teams to finalize complex deals, support onboarding and integrations, influence roadmap priorities, and uphold strong forecasting and CRM practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in client success and/or account management, including at least 3 years managing enterprise or strategic-tier accounts.

• Proven track record of owning and expanding large, complex accounts ($500K+ annual contract value [ACV]) with measurable net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion achievements.

• Outstanding executive communication and relationship-building skills; adept at presenting to C-suite executives and navigating intricate organizational dynamics.

• Experience in conducting Business Reviews and developing multi-year success plans aligned with client business outcomes.

• Strong commercial insight with a grasp of renewal mechanics, pricing models, and the ability to construct a compelling case for business expansion.

• Capability to manage ambiguity and function autonomously; highly organized and self-motivated.

• Demonstrated ability to identify significant upsell opportunities linked to customers’ existing business goals.

• Proficient in building, maintaining, and executing on a robust pipeline.
