Account Director, Retail Sales and Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Propel revenue expansion across Neptune's nationwide In Store media network

• Manage the strategic partnership with designated retail collaborators

• Discover, cultivate, and amplify revenue-generating prospects within retailer RMN

• Collaborate with retailer Category, Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing teams

• Hold accountability for revenue across assigned retail partners

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Retail Media, Shopper Marketing, CPG, or Retail Sales Strategy

• Demonstrated success in achieving results through sales closure in the retail sector, preferably with or for CPG companies

• Highly analytical with a proven ability to utilize data to create customized solutions for clients

• Capability to confidently convey ideas and influence both internal and external stakeholders

• Extensive knowledge of the CPG and retail industries
