Account Director – Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Foster and promote enhanced client satisfaction through the account management team.

• Assist in the upkeep of assigned accounts by effectively handling contracts and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.

• Actively engage with existing client contacts to explore new business prospects.

• Coordinate client and internal kickoff meetings, create insightful proposals, and deliver strategic sales communications.

• Consult with clients regarding sample design and various business challenges.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating with Project Managers and Research Managers to fulfill project specifications and achieve high-quality results for clients.

• Address any sales or delivery issues in conjunction with the client and Operations teams.

• Manage bid requests and ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Work alongside partners and vendors to guarantee smooth project execution.

• Serve as the intermediary between Sales and Project Managers on all projects.

• Maintain personal sales quota while fulfilling the above responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiently utilizes the CRM (HubSpot) to document all sales activities including calls, bids, and meetings.

• Capable of effectively moving a project through the deal cycle and managing the pipeline using HubSpot.

• Creates, maintains, and shares well-written, informed Account Plans with internal teams.

• Possesses a solid understanding of research methods and methodologies.

• Understands client objectives and can provide guidance on the available service/product options.

• Proactively advises clients on compliance matters.

• Collaborates effectively with all internal teams to benefit our clients.
