Account Director, Europe – 11 Month Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily management of an account

• Motivate and guide the client portfolio to produce exceptional work

• Comprehend clients’ business strategies and objectives

• Direct clients and the agency team in social-first initiatives

• Skillfully lead meetings with senior stakeholders

• Manage extensive scopes while keeping forecasts updated

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to execute major projects

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on work

• Act as an advocate for the client internally and keep the agency team informed

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional client relationship management skills

• A proactive attitude, capable of collaborating with junior team members to achieve high-quality results

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong communication skills, confidently engaging with stakeholders at various seniority levels

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams

• Proficient in PowerPoint and the complete Google Suite of Apps

• A self-assured and motivated individual

• Excellent interpersonal talents, with the ability to communicate information clearly in both written and verbal forms

• Demonstrated extensive experience in client services as an Account Director

• Experience with multi-market clients is preferred but not mandatory

• Up-to-date knowledge of social platforms and current social media trends

• Solid background in forecasting and client planning

• Strong business and financial insight

• Ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders across various markets

• Exceptional attention to detail
