This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Meet annual sales, revenue, and funnel objectives to drive ongoing growth.
• Establish and nurture business relationships across all levels to support the sustained expansion of Catalent’s business portfolio.
• Engage in Strategic Account meetings and present updates on your key initiatives to senior management.
• Create and formulate annual strategic account plans aimed at fostering continued growth within Catalent’s strategic account network.
• Take part in tradeshows, exhibitions, and professional organizations.
• Plan and strategize steering committee and business review meetings to enhance mutual growth, uphold and strengthen partnerships, and ensure transparency and trust between the entities.
• Coordinate and engage in visits with current and prospective customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences preferred, though not mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in the contract pharmaceutical sector focusing on clinical services; a minimum of 10 years is required for consideration for the Sr. Account Director position.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation capabilities, are essential.
• Must showcase advanced computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Proven success in Business to Business relationships, management, and sales.
