đź“‹ Description

• Manage a portfolio of essential client relationships, acting as the primary contact, lead strategist, and the go-to person for clients during critical moments.

• Monitor account performance against significant milestones, identify risks proactively, and guarantee timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Campaign Director, Public Affairs Director, CEO, and other internal specialists to formulate and implement communication strategies, campaign plans, and public affairs initiatives.

• Compose and evaluate client-facing documents, such as presentations, strategic plans, and campaign proposals, ensuring all outgoing materials meet high standards of excellence.

• Facilitate client meetings, present deliverables, and lead strategy sessions that maintain the momentum of campaigns in the right direction.

• Continuously assess account performance and recognize opportunities for expanding existing accounts—propose additional work when potential arises.

• Take ownership of the revenue trajectory for your accounts: understand current standings, future directions, and the steps needed to achieve goals.

• Spearhead new business initiatives, which include drafting proposals, creating pitch decks, and presenting to potential clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing client accounts and leading strategic initiatives in an agency environment.

• Proven success in overseeing client relationships and executing complex, multifaceted paid media campaigns at a high level.

• Exceptional writing abilities. You can create a strategic plan, design a presentation deck, and write impactful emails.

• Experience in managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

• Confident in leading discussions—whether it's a client kickoff, a strategy session, or a new business pitch.
