This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage client relationships and spearhead integrated experiential programs
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated accounts
• Create strategies focused on relationship development, client retention, and revenue enhancement
• Lead pitch meetings, strategic planning sessions, and check-in meetings
• Develop post-project action plans and facilitate debriefing and key learning sessions
• Oversee daily operations across multiple concurrent programs
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of client service managers
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating with recommendations
• 6-10 years of experience in account management or client services
• Minimum of 4 years in experiential marketing or event production
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in project management tools and CRMs (Slack, Asana, Podio, Google Workspace)
• Comfortable assuming leadership and authority in meetings
• Ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept in fast-paced environments with intricate timelines
