β€’ Take initiative to identify and pursue new opportunities with digital product and technology executives across various industries β€” you won’t wait for the phone to ring.

β€’ Handle inbound leads from marketing and our partners, efficiently qualifying, advancing, and closing them, while also engaging in cold-calling high-value prospects assigned to you.

β€’ Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing as a dynamic, entrepreneurial account executive.

β€’ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline generated through persistence, research, and intelligent outreach.

β€’ Act as the CEO of your designated region: operate it like your own business with the freedom to increase revenue, strengthen client relationships, and enhance retention.

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer transitions, while remaining focused on acquiring new clients and expanding your market presence.

β€’ Work alongside Testlio’s VP of Strategic Development to refine target account lists and penetrate priority prospects with innovative strategies.

β€’ Gain mentorship from an experienced sales leader while building a track record that will propel your career in high-growth sales.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A demonstrated history of consistently surpassing quotas in selling SaaS, technology services, or consulting solutions to engineering and product leaders.

β€’ Exceptional prospecting and outbound sales capabilities; you know how to identify decision-makers, secure meetings, and close new business effectively.

β€’ Confidence in leading executive-level discussions, managing complex negotiations, and finalizing six-figure+ deals.
