• Act as a primary advisor for clients, transforming an in-depth understanding of their subject matter into strategies and tactics that fulfill their objectives.
• Formulate strategies that align with project objectives and overall program goals.

• Efficiently oversee account teams to ensure that client goals are achieved and exceeded.
• Foster agency growth and leadership through financial performance and mentoring junior staff.
• Skillfully manage client budgets, projections, and financial planning.
• Create strategic client plans and budgets in collaboration with VPs and SVPs.
• Responsible for cultivating client relationships and driving organic growth.
• Serve as the primary client contact (initiating/leading meetings, providing counsel, and troubleshooting).
• Define roles and assign responsibilities within account teams.
• Oversee client budgets, staff allocation, and forecasting efforts.
• Keep senior management informed about any client, team, or personnel issues.
• Aid in pitch strategies, proposals, and presentations alongside VPs and SVPs.
• Identify and capitalize on organic growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Exhibit strong management capabilities across agency and client responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6-8 years of experience in healthcare public relations/communications, ideally within an agency environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Significant experience with data and regulatory milestones.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting communications for pharmaceutical and/or biotech clients, or comparable high-science communications experience is preferred.
