This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ownership of client portfolio and strategic oversight
• Ensure client success and manage portfolio revenue for a selection of full-service clients, delivering media, merchandising, planning, and content services
• Spearhead the development of annual strategic roadmaps, growth plans, promotional calendars, and business reviews for all clients in the portfolio, with a strong emphasis on profitability and performance scaling
• Assist the team in pinpointing growth opportunities, upselling initiatives, and methods to expand existing scopes of work
• Act as an advocate for clients internally, ensuring alignment on deadlines, responsibilities, and execution quality
• Facilitate brand innovation beyond basic Amazon execution through channel expansion and creative experimentation
• Team and personnel management
• Lead a team of account managers (2-3): oversee team cadence, ensure appropriate workload distribution, and monitor quality of output
• Mentor and coach Account Managers and Associates, providing regular feedback to enhance performance and long-term success
• Oversee the performance planning process and conduct performance reviews.
• Day-to-day client management
• Directly manage a select group of top-tier client accounts across Amazon and marketplaces, owning strategy, execution, and performance
• Serve as the primary client partner, leading discussions, presenting recommendations, and influencing key business decisions with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
• Ensure seamless delivery across media, creative, retail, supply chain coordination, and marketplace operations
• Build trust with clients through education, guidance, transparency in performance, and proactive recommendations
• Create presentations, lead all client meetings, maintain call notes, action lists, and ensure follow-up
• Monitor account performance, regularly review reports, and convert data into clear insights and actionable next steps
• Cross-team operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with media, retail, creative, and analytics teams to ensure end-to-end success
• Foster strong internal relationships with all delivery teams and create a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Develop and implement best practices, SOP enhancements, onboarding materials, and training resources
• Contribute to thought leadership, internal training sessions, and new business proposals
• Aid in the creation of case studies.
• Stay updated on Amazon programs, betas, algorithms, policy changes, and marketplace opportunities
• Over 7 years of experience in marketplace management, with strong expertise in Amazon (1P/3P) and Walmart (1P/3P)
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level accounts and leading discussions at the executive level
• Prior experience in managing and developing a team with high standards for accountability and delivery
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills; comfortable leading calls and providing constructive challenges
• Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, capable of creating insights and translating them into strategic actions
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and influence decision-making
