This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance in formulating and executing interactive marketing plans for clients.

• Advise clients on effective marketing strategies informed by research and best practices to fulfill their needs and objectives.

• Ultimately responsible to the senior-level client, offer counsel while nurturing the relationship to address concerns or needs and cultivate additional opportunities.

• Supply clients with research, analytical metrics, and strategic insights to devise and present impactful solutions.

• Supervise and direct the creation of comprehensive campaign and project plans.

• Manage the delivery and financial implications on budget, target goals, and objectives alongside the client.

• Conduct research, develop, and collaborate with fellow Account Directors, EVERSANA INTOUCH departments, and agency partners to continually enhance the integrated solutions portfolio from EVERSANA INTOUCH.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience combined with professional expertise is essential.

• Approximately 8-12 years of relevant experience, including client service, agency, and pharmaceutical backgrounds, are required.

• Proficiency in digital media, technology marketing, and advertising.

• Demonstrated success in managing creative concepts from inception to delivery.

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities (overseeing a large team and multiple clients).

• Responsible for the development of account staff teams.

• A strong record of business development achievements through robust client relationships.

• Proven capability to manage cross-functional teams across the organization.

• Strategic mindset coupled with strong business acumen.

• Established negotiation skills.

• Innovative thinker with strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions internally within EVERSANA INTOUCH and externally with clients and agency partners.

• Solid and applied understanding of digital development processes.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
