This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead, manage, and ensure accountability (LMA) within the APAC account team to guarantee outstanding service delivery and achievement of goals.
• Serve as the primary executive liaison for enterprise accounts, adeptly navigating complex global organizations to cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives and sustainability leaders.
• Take ownership of the regional P&L for your portfolio, aiming to meet or surpass revenue and pipeline targets through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic expansions.
• Promote customer waste reduction and product utilization by designing and managing the execution of regional program strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to spearhead Leanpath/Client Success storytelling initiatives, which include creating webinars, case studies, and industry presentations that showcase the environmental impact of your accounts.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic account management or business leadership within the APAC region, ideally in B2B SaaS or IoT sectors.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve collective commercial and performance objectives.
• Strong background in contract negotiation, P&L management, and accounts receivable oversight.
• Capability to transition effortlessly from high-level strategy to the execution of coaching services and technical incident management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Australian/APAC ESG landscape and reporting frameworks.
• Established network in the regional foodservice or hospitality industries, paired with the executive presence to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Genuine enthusiasm for global food waste prevention.
