This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver engaging and informative live demonstrations of our website and services to both new and returning clients, facilitating efficient music discovery.
• Collect feedback and survey data from presentations to enhance product insights.
• Engage and educate clients regarding music director services and other APM offerings.
• Oversee client logins: including creation, deactivation, and troubleshooting login issues.
• Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Follow up with clients to provide usage reports.
• Track and manage the renewal lifecycle for both Account Executives' portfolios.
• Establish procedures to ensure renewals are scheduled, negotiated, proposed, and finalized.
• Analyze client reporting and health to foster positive behaviors and address negative indicators.
• Act as a liaison between the Sports team and Marketing department on various ongoing and one-time marketing projects, including email campaigns, social media initiatives, landing pages, and pitch decks.
• Regularly update contact information in the CRM as contacts transition within the industry.
• Generate a range of reports utilizing Salesforce CRM and other internal databases.
• Keep abreast of the industry, competitive landscape, and new product features, services, and pricing.
• Implement a proactive strategy to provide exceptional service to clients ahead of significant events.
• Take comprehensive notes during internal and external Zoom/video calls and follow through on relevant action items.
• Employ a creative approach to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions, products, and/or services.
• Coordinate both internal and external scheduling for Account Executives.
• Execute timely outreach to clients during key periods of their seasons.
• Promote awareness and adoption of new website features and services.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with prompt and thoughtful responses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A strong passion for the intersection of sports entertainment and music.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Strong presenter who is at ease deviating from scripts and communicating clearly and confidently with diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and keeping both the team and personal tasks organized.
• A problem-solving mindset beneficial for our clients and the company.
• Comfortable making and receiving outbound calls to customers.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Strong note-taking capabilities.
