Account Coordinator, Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Account Management and Influencer Marketing teams, including document organization, meeting note-taking, and gathering creator metrics from influencer marketing initiatives.

• Aid in the preparation of data insights for presentations, proposals, and materials for client pitches.

• Support the Account Management team in executing influencer marketing campaigns, as well as production, creative, and community strategy services.

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Directors on various activities.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating logistics for client events.

• Help identify potential new business opportunities with current clients.

• Aid in monitoring and updating project status and progress throughout a campaign.
