Account Coordinator – EVV & Assessment Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients using Wellcove’s EVV and Facility platforms, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Assist claimants, caregivers, home care agencies, and facilities with ongoing questions regarding the EVV and Facility platforms.

• Offer training and support to clients on how to effectively use EVV and Facility platforms, tools, and processes.

• Accurately gather necessary information from clients and record data in Wellcove’s platforms and systems.

• Keep well-organized documentation for all client interactions, training sessions, and compliance activities.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email, exhibiting professionalism, empathy, a sense of urgency, and a genuine willingness to assist.

• Independently process caller requests accurately and efficiently in Wellcove’s proprietary system and escalate issues as needed.

• Follow customer support objectives and performance standards.

• Utilize process resources effectively to enhance knowledge and ensure the delivery of accurate information and error-free processing of requests.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Responsible and capable of working remotely and independently.

• Exhibits a positive ‘can do’/customer-first attitude.

• Excellent communication skills with appropriate etiquette, great phone manners, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of personalities. Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.

• Eagerness to learn new responsibilities and technology-related skills as needed.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.

• Must be able to pass background screening and drug testing (including marijuana).

• Ability to provide responses from three professional references.

• Must have a dedicated remote work environment that is free from background noise, interruptions, and clutter.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone.
