• Assists in the implementation of Sales Strategy and handles daily execution of sales and customer requirements.
• Aids the sales management team with specific customers and/or channels.
• Takes initiative to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
• Collaborates with the direct manager to determine which outcomes are crucial and the steps needed to achieve them.
• Prioritizes desired job outcomes before identifying the tasks or duties required to reach those outcomes.
• Consistently monitors progress towards achieving desired job outcomes and professional objectives.
• Serves as a tactical expert on customer processes, timelines, portals, and unique traits.
• Regularly assesses account(s) progress with the manager.
• Assists in executing line reviews and gathering information from internal Helen of Troy teams.
• Works with the direct manager to comprehend customer-related issues.
• Takes initiative in the absence of direction by identifying necessary actions and taking them without prompting.
• Capable of turning opportunities into actions through creativity, proactivity, and decisiveness.
• Highly organized and punctual with accounts, customers, and team members to foster positive relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience in the hair category, particularly with curly/textured hair, salons, etc.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Licensed and experienced Hairstylist/Cosmetologist (Preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills (Preferred)
