This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly engage with daily client stakeholders through calls and emails.
• Maintain fluency in both US and International workstreams, proactively identifying cross-market implications.
• Conduct quality assurance on deliverables to ensure they align with the overall account strategy before being sent to clients.
• Provide a weekly summary to the Account Director regarding key movements and potential risks related to our KPIs and business goals.
• Act as a consistent and connective presence across all approximately 10 FTEs on the account, aiding in deadline and priority management.
• Keep documentation current to allow team members easy access to the latest information.
• Engage daily with leads from both US and International workstreams in Digital Advertising, Digital Strategy, Marketing Sciences, and Account Management.
• Report to the Account Director, maintaining a regular weekly 1:1 and participating in working sessions from both regions.
• Use discernment to determine what matters should be brought to the Account Director's attention, focusing on key issues rather than comprehensive detail.
• Ensure Clickup, Test Plans, and Creative Schedules are updated without requiring intervention from the Account Director.
• Identify and suggest solutions for recurring coordination challenges between US and International workflows.
• Recognize when individual contributors or workstreams diverge from the client’s objectives and bring it to attention early.
• Proactively monitor developments in one region that may impact or contradict activities in the other and raise concerns as needed.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar coordination-intensive role, preferably in performance marketing or a client-services agency.
• Proven judgment: capable of distinguishing significant insights from noise amid a high volume of cross-functional activities.
• Comfortable managing operations across two regions/markets simultaneously without needing separation.
• Excellent written synthesis skills; able to distill a week's worth of activity into the most pertinent information.
• High level of trust and discretion; this position is closely tied to sensitive client and account dynamics.
