• Oversee the effective implementation of the designated client’s omnichannel marketing strategy.
• Assist Directors and Account Managers with their responsibilities.
• Collaborate with all internal departments including production, sales, graphic design, data processing, digital, media, and accounting.
• Ensure that all project elements align with client requirements and are delivered punctually and with high quality.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• Execute, schedule, and oversee campaigns.
• Facilitate the development of omnichannel direct marketing strategies.
• Monitor the progress of project milestones and deliverables.
• Evaluate and approve mockups.
• Communicate any updates or changes regarding client specifications.
• Prepare for and engage in client meetings.
• Conduct quality control across all facets of each project.
• Collaborate with all internal teams to guarantee project completion on schedule and within budget.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least one year of relevant experience in an account/project management role, including internships, is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations or direct marketing agencies is a plus but not essential.
• The ideal candidate should be results-driven with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen attention to detail.
