• Target Account List Oversight: Create and refine dynamic target account lists by merging internal ICP criteria with 6sense intent, firmographic, and technographic filters.
• Data Activation & Orchestration: Ensure that target account segments are properly synced from 6sense to Salesforce for BDR visibility and to LinkedIn Campaign Manager for digital advertising coverage.
• Signal-to-Action Notifications: Establish and maintain automated alerts (such as Slack notifications or CRM dashboard triggers) to inform BDRs when a target account shows increased intent.
• Develop Automated Workflows: Utilize contemporary GTM tools (such as Clay) to create repeatable workflows that automate account enrichment and facilitate multi-channel campaign personalization.
• Implement Multi-Channel ABM Strategies: Design and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns customized for target segments, incorporating display advertising, LinkedIn, direct gifting, and personalized landing pages.
• Conduct Stage-Based Marketing: Provide targeted content aligned with the buyer's journey—offering thought leadership to accounts in the Awareness stage and competitive/ROI assets to those in the Decision stage.

• Promote 6sense Utilization: Facilitate onboarding and ongoing coaching for new sales team members on how to interpret 6sense intent signals and implement intent-based playbooks.

• Maintain Program Dashboards: Keep marketing and sales dashboards current, offering visibility into account progression, buying stage distribution, and campaign spending efficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with account-based marketing as a core focus.
