This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee the planning and execution of strategic 1:1 and 1 ABM programs that align with regional and country business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the ABM Director in the Netherlands, sales leadership, and account teams to identify and prioritize strategic accounts and target opportunities.
• Design highly personalized and insight-driven marketing campaigns tailored to key stakeholders and enterprise accounts.
• Work with campaign, content, digital, and creative teams to implement integrated ABM initiatives across various channels.
• Utilize client insights, engagement data, intent data, and behavioral analytics to enhance account engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Create and modify account-specific content, messaging, and marketing materials that reflect client pain points and business objectives.
• Foster account engagement, relationship building, and marketing-influenced pipeline growth through focused ABM initiatives.
• Assess and report on the performance of ABM programs, including engagement metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Continuously refine ABM strategies and tactics based on campaign outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
• Support broader regional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategic marketing activities as necessary.
• Assist with integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, webinars, events, and digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure a consistent approach to messaging, branding, and campaign execution.
• Contribute to wider demand-generation and client engagement initiatives across the Netherlands region.
• Aid in campaign planning, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and marketing operations activities.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), digital marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within technology, professional services, or enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing successful ABM programs for enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Strong knowledge of personalized marketing strategies, client engagement, buyer journeys, and account targeting methods.
• Experience working closely with sales and account teams in complex matrix organizations.
• In-depth understanding of multi-channel marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign performance measurement.
• Familiarity with engagement data, behavioral analytics, and data-driven optimization techniques.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies, creative teams, and marketing centers of excellence.
• ABM certifications or industry training would be a plus.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of enterprise business landscapes.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship building.
• Solid project and program management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
• Comfortable functioning in fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environments.
• Experience with international or cross-cultural teams and markets would be advantageous.
