Account-Based Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establishing the approach for Fresh Prints to grow and retain its most valuable accounts at the company level, rather than merely enhancing campaign performance.

• Developing an account strategy that remains effective as chapters, decision-makers, relationships, and buying cycles evolve.

• Identifying the few high-impact opportunities that could significantly boost account value and concentrating the business efforts on these areas.

• Translating strategy into actionable execution through direct ownership, cross-functional influence, and scalable systems.

• Influencing how Marketing, Sales, Operations, and account-facing teams engage in retention, expansion, and long-term account development.

• Integrating account growth into a sustainable business capability, rather than treating it as a temporary initiative that resets with each campaign cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in account-based marketing, growth strategy, customer strategy, revenue strategy, or a similar strategic position.

• A proven history of achieving significant, measurable advancements in account growth, retention, expansion, or customer value.

• Demonstrated ability to create a new strategy, capability, or operating model rather than just managing an existing function.

• Strong commercial insight and the capability to connect customer understanding, data, and business economics.

• Experience in driving impactful outcomes across teams without the reliance on formal authority.

• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations, challenge assumptions, and gain senior-level approval.

• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous situations, set direction without precedence, and take accountability for results without a predefined playbook.
