• Support the account team in executing daily administrative functions.
• Ensure that no liabilities arise from errors or omissions.
• Tasks include addressing basic and routine administrative and customer service matters.
• Help coordinate the daily operations of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant.
• Assist with various general office responsibilities and administration.
• Manage endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, policy releases, check requests, invoices, finance agreements, summaries, loss runs, MVRs, ID cards, certificates, and binders.
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies, review policy documents, prepare submissions, conduct online rating, create proposals, draft AOR letters, and support new and renewal business workflows.
• Maintain precise and current information in agency systems.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and activities.
• Keep the account team updated on workload progress and any challenges.
• Provide proactive and responsive service.
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Engage in team-building activities and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Pursue and implement best practices.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures.
• Enhance technical capabilities and industry insight.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and leadership.

• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience, or 5 years of related customer service experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
