This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities through lead calls, external marketing, networking, referrals, and other specified lists.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-ups as necessary.
• Arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services while delivering timely, precise, and friendly customer support.
• Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about their insurance and financial service options, guiding them towards achieving their long-term objectives.
• Utilize outstanding communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering the growth of our business.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with State Farm Insurance is required.
• Must hold full licenses in Property/Casualty and Life/Health.
• A strong commitment to customer service is essential.
• Prior sales experience is preferred, whether in outside sales, as an inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketer.
• Must be self-driven and motivated.
• Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives is necessary.
• An interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs is essential.
