Accessibility Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and validate client user interfaces to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

• Advise clients on the effective technical integration of digital accessibility standards within their systems.

• Offer suggestions for improvements to enhance accessibility.

• Collaborate with clients from the Product and Technology sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 4 years of expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including the provision of fix recommendations.

• In-depth understanding of accessibility standards such as Section 508, EN 301 549, and WCAG 2.X.

• Familiarity with general technical operations is advantageous.

• Practical experience in the Product and Technology sectors is a significant advantage.

• Expertise in mobile testing for both Android and iOS platforms is beneficial.

• Experience with design, component libraries, and design systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of web frameworks like Angular, React, React Native, Flutter, and SPA is a plus.

• Background in document accessibility for formats such as PDF, Word, and PowerPoint is desirable.
