Academic Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients while safeguarding the revenue stream.

• Uncover new opportunities within health workforce education institutions.

• Assist customers in deriving value from Elsevier content and platforms through interactive training sessions.

• Stimulate demand for Elsevier e-solutions and content in the French health market and selected French-speaking nations.

• Generate opportunities for e-solutions and collaborate with the institutional sales team to convert them.

• Identify key decision-makers and appropriately position solutions.

• Foster faculty advocacy for Elsevier products and solutions.

• Oversee the onboarding and implementation of Education e-solutions within institutions, particularly with faculty, students, and librarians.

• Support usage through both in-person and online training sessions.

• Schedule and conduct product presentations.

• Gather customer experience feedback and communicate it to Content, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams using specified tools and processes.

• Capable of functioning as a team player and collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.

• Excellent communication and engaging presentation skills.

• Background in a customer-facing position within an academic/education, content, or software organization.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers and colleagues at all levels.

• Understanding of educational institution structures and decision-making processes.

• Native or near-native proficiency in French.

• Proficient command of English.

• Ability to communicate in an engaging manner, both verbally and in writing.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Must possess a valid driving license.
