This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Engage with prospective students and their families who are interested in tutoring services.
• Assist families in navigating the enrollment process and help organize introductory tutoring sessions.
• Quickly establish rapport through communication via phone, text, and email.
• Consult with families to comprehend their academic objectives and propose suitable tutoring solutions.
• Follow up with families post their initial tutoring experience to help convert them into long-term tutoring clients.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and conversations throughout the day.
• Precisely track communication and activities within our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and performance targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport swiftly.
• Comfortable dedicating a significant portion of the day to phone conversations with families.
• A solid understanding of the education system in the US and student success is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations, follow-ups, and tasks simultaneously.
• General proficiency in computers and technology, including Google Suite and VOIP systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Zendesk is a bonus, but not mandatory.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in education, hospitality, coaching, admissions, sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000.
• Additional earning potential through unlimited commission opportunities.
• Top performers can potentially earn an extra $30,000+ annually in commission.
