📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director of Professional Education to enhance Calyxo's physician engagement initiatives by creating and delivering educational programs for residents, endourology fellows, emerging thought leaders, academic faculty, and KOLs, while fostering relationships as they transition into early career roles.

• Assist in educational grant initiatives by preparing and submitting grant applications, tracking their status and approvals, and coordinating reviews and communications with the Compliance Committee.

• Work alongside fellowship and residency program administrators and directors to support educational initiatives and ensure alignment with program goals.

• Develop and maintain profiles for academic programs, including faculty information, curricula, engagement histories, and communication records.

• Collaborate with field teams to implement local educational initiatives, such as journal clubs and hands-on lab programs.

• Help manage speaker logistics, agreements, honoraria, and expense documentation.

• Partner with MCA and cross-functional teams to prepare physicians for society presentations and other meeting engagements, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and readiness for presentations.

• Monitor agendas and discussion topics for local and regional meetings to ensure that speakers are equipped with current and accurate information.

• Attend physician presentations at scientific meetings and programs to gather feedback, summarize key insights, and relay observations to internal teams.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs in the endourology sector.

• Aid in program planning and execution, including logistics for HCP educational programs, peer-to-peer events, and hands-on training sessions.

• Facilitate communication with field staff and faculty, along with post-program follow-up activities.

• Coordinate program materials and content, equipment, venue logistics, and, if necessary, customer travel arrangements.

• Support faculty onboarding and preparation to ensure consistent messaging from Calyxo.

• Assist with program reporting, attendance tracking, budget monitoring, and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Acceleration, Compliance, and Clinical/Medical Affairs to ensure alignment and effective execution of all professional education initiatives.

• Participate in society meetings, forums, and symposia, as well as in educational and scientific program planning meetings, to promote product and procedural awareness and facilitate guideline development.

• Help collect and organize program feedback, metrics, and performance insights for ongoing improvement and needs assessments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

• 3–5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare education, training, or a related field.

• Prior experience in supporting professional education, training programs, or events is strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adapt as necessary.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

• Urology experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.

• Effective interpersonal interactions, both within the commercial group and with accounts.

• Proficiency in PC-based office applications, including familiarity with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

• Experience with video editing and Adobe Premiere is preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Valid driver's license.
