
ACA Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
β’ Conduct high-volume outbound calls targeting ACA marketplace prospects (under 65 market)
β’ Work with and convert leads generated by third-party vendors
β’ Inform clients about ACA health insurance plans, subsidies, and coverage options
β’ Quickly establish rapport and address objections to facilitate enrollments
β’ Accurately complete ACA enrollments
β’ Ensure policies are effectively activated through regular follow-up
β’ Foster strong member retention through continuous client support
β’ Cross-sell ancillary products such as dental, vision, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage
β’ Record all client interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activities in CRM systems
β’ Achieve or surpass daily KPIs, including dials, talk time, enrollments, retention, and ancillary sales
β’ Valid Health Insurance License (mandatory)
β’ Experience in ACA Marketplace sales is essential
β’ Proficient in outbound sales and closing techniques
β’ Background in policy activation (effectuation), retention, and ancillary sales
β’ Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment
β’ Excellent communication and objection-handling abilities
β’ Self-driven, disciplined, and focused on achieving goals
β’ Access to reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace
β’ Experience with third-party vendor leads is preferred
β’ Ability to be appointed with insurance carriers (required)
