ACA Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls targeting ACA marketplace prospects (under 65 market)

• Work with and convert leads generated by third-party vendors

• Inform clients about ACA health insurance plans, subsidies, and coverage options

• Quickly establish rapport and address objections to facilitate enrollments

• Accurately complete ACA enrollments

• Ensure policies are effectively activated through regular follow-up

• Foster strong member retention through continuous client support

• Cross-sell ancillary products such as dental, vision, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage

• Record all client interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activities in CRM systems

• Achieve or surpass daily KPIs, including dials, talk time, enrollments, retention, and ancillary sales

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health Insurance License (mandatory)

• Experience in ACA Marketplace sales is essential

• Proficient in outbound sales and closing techniques

• Background in policy activation (effectuation), retention, and ancillary sales

• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment

• Excellent communication and objection-handling abilities

• Self-driven, disciplined, and focused on achieving goals

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace

• Experience with third-party vendor leads is preferred

• Ability to be appointed with insurance carriers (required)
