A/C Applications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support for the entire Copeland product range to AC OEMs.

• Engage proactively with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and Operations.

• Serve as a communication link between customers and Copeland’s product engineering team.

• Create Application Profiles.

• Conduct training sessions for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Strong background in HVAC, particularly with chillers, heat pumps, and air handlers.

• Familiarity with compression systems such as scroll, screw, and centrifugal technologies.

• Knowledge of electronic control systems for chillers and heat pumps; experience with building management systems (BMS) is a plus.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Strong customer orientation.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
