This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Human Resources team concerning inquiries related to claims status, questions, expedited processing, and more.
• Deliver prompt and professional follow-up via phone or email to ensure timely responses to Human Resources inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to assess client needs and provide education on leave concepts.
• Analyze discrepancies to offer recommendations to the Operations team regarding training or CPP language, aimed at minimizing imperfections.
• Uphold respect, sensitivity, confidentiality, and understanding in all circumstances while maintaining professionalism consistently.
• Acknowledge receipt of email inquiries immediately and deliver solutions within 2 business days.
• Participate in client-facing meetings alongside the Account Manager.
• Act as the Operations subject matter expert concerning our processes.
• In the event a client is placed into a Save for Letter Audit, facilitate the audit process and report the results.
• Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively to meet all deadlines.
• Engage in continuous education and training related to laws, policies, and service delivery.
• Create an exceptional experience for the client.
• Provide innovative suggestions to support the ongoing development of the Absence Department.
• Assist with Claims Operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• 1-3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Claims, or Email Support within ComPsych is required.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Quick-thinking, resourceful, energetic, positive, and professional, with proven multi-tasking and critical thinking abilities.
• Must be in good standing – not currently on a performance improvement plan.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering excellent quality.
• Proficient in computer usage and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
