Abogado/a – Consultoría IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Responsible for NDAs, contracts, regulatory adaptation, IT projects, and new technologies.

• Review of public tenders and contracts.

• Experience in managing contracts and negotiations in the public sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Lawyer in legal advisory or consulting within the IT sector.

• Specialization in privacy and personal data protection.

• Knowledge of AI: risk analysis and impact assessments.

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate law: minutes, UTEs, company management, and powers of attorney.

• Bachelor's degree in law, licensed.

• Master's degree or specialization in data protection and privacy, new technologies.

• Proficiency in English: accustomed to drafting contracts in English, attending meetings, and negotiating in English.

• Knowledge of the Catalan language will be considered a plus.
