This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop, sustain, and consistently enhance target account lists, tiering, and scoring models using 6Sense and Demandbase.
• Track intent data and account engagement signals on a daily basis; identify changes and provide insights to the Director of ABM before they become inquiries from clients.
• Assist the Director of ABM in formulating ABM audits, playbooks, and go-to-market plans for clients.
• Convert account tiers and intent signals into campaign briefs and targeting inputs for Paid Media, Paid Social, Content, and Email/Lifecycle teams.
• Collaborate with channel teams to ensure account-based campaigns align with the designated tiering and messaging strategies.
• Manage ABM reporting and dashboards; monitor pipeline influence/source, account engagement, and progression through funnel stages.
• Facilitate cross-agency collaboration across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, PR, Influencer, and CRO to maintain cohesion in ABM campaigns.
• Support Revenue and Appraisal teams with account and market research to identify new and expanded business opportunities.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize ABM processes and reporting.
• Utilize Power Digital's nova ecosystem in relation to ABM strategy and reporting.
• Participate in client calls and discovery discussions to represent ABM performance and platform data; work towards leading these independently.
• Essential: hands-on experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or a similar ABM/intent data platform.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM, whether in-house or in an agency setting.
• Proficient in core B2B Martech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with intent data, predictive scoring, and account tiering, with a keen interest in delving deeper into the strategies behind them.
• Strong analytical abilities; capable of extracting and interpreting data independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill platform data into actionable insights for channel leads or clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing account data and reporting for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with the confidence to highlight issues or opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Base salary paid in USD plus commission opportunities.
