This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with field Account Executives to establish and uphold account strategies for key greenfield accounts.
• Determine the optimal blend of tactics for each account, taking into account deal stage, firm size and structure, intent data, and sales signals.
• Keep abreast of how Mid Law firms are incorporating AI and assessing legal technology.
• Create and implement tailored outreach sequences and engagement strategies specific to each account.
• Develop targeted messaging frameworks that address the unique priorities of each firm.
• Track and respond to intent signals to pinpoint Mid Law firms exhibiting in-market buying activity.
• Construct and maintain account dashboards in Salesforce to monitor engagement, influence on the pipeline, and progression through the funnel.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, or a go-to-market/sales strategy position — ideally in the Enterprise SaaS sector.
• Practical experience with intent data platforms (such as 6sense, Bombora, G2), Salesforce CRM, and Gong Engage or a comparable sales engagement tool.
• Strong capability to collaborate across functions with field sales teams.
• A proactive approach: you can quickly translate strategies into actionable tactics without waiting for an ideal brief.
• Excellent written communication and analytical abilities — you create account-specific messaging that resonates with Mid Law buyers, utilize data to inform decisions, and articulate a clear narrative regarding pipeline impact.
• Understanding of the legal technology landscape and the buying dynamics within Mid Law firms (Nice to Have).
