This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Act as a functional subject matter authority for the ABI MasterMind Time and Attendance application utilized by over 100 venues throughout North America.
• Provide training to venue teams on the proper processes and procedures associated with the system.
• Conduct audits and generate reports for all venues to ensure compliance with established operational standards.
• Create and maintain all departments, work types, skills, positions, and scheduling templates.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of all events, assisting venues with any event updates required.
• Ensure seamless integration with HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Collaborate with the team to generate payroll reports for all hourly employees on a weekly basis.
• Assist in resolving WIP issues and investigate any discrepancies that arise.
• Provide necessary reports to leadership teams, executives, and others as required.
• Develop and implement continuous training, knowledge bases, and user support systems for all end-users.
• Work alongside venue management teams to enhance the optimization of the timekeeping system, promoting innovation and standardization across all operating departments.
• Stay updated on internal work processes, policies, and procedures, identifying current issues and contributing solutions to address them.
• Preferably possess previous experience with ABIMM (TMSS) or have 5+ years of experience with a comparable TKS.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with the Workday platform.

• Self-motivated and driven.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma is mandatory.
