• Oversee and enhance the scheduling for clients and staff.
• Track authorized hours against actual usage to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Organize make-up sessions and address staffing coverage requirements.
• Effectively communicate scheduling updates and changes with families, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Monitor scheduling gaps, utilization issues, and staffing requirements.
• Keep precise scheduling records in CentralReach.
• Facilitate efficient collaboration between clinical and administrative teams.
• Ensure that schedules meet operational and compliance standards.
• Assist in reducing service interruptions while maximizing client satisfaction.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is highly preferred.
• A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in healthcare scheduling, ABA scheduling, or medical coordination.
• Experience with CentralReach is preferred.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and staff.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various scheduling systems.
• Familiarity with ABA terminology and healthcare administration is preferred.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
• Remote work from home.
