This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the complete cycle of sourcing and recruiting for positions such as BCBA, Behavior Technicians, ABA Supervisors, and various mental health roles.
• Actively source and evaluate candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and specialized job boards within the industry.
• Lead and oversee mass hiring initiatives to fulfill organizational growth requirements, particularly for Behavior Technicians.
• Manage outreach efforts and candidate pipelines through targeted emails, follow-ups, and other communications to engage prospective hires and sustain interest throughout the recruitment journey.
• Represent Burnett Therapeutic Services at virtual job fairs, community events, and local outreach initiatives aimed at high schools, colleges, and vocational programs.
• Discover and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse array of candidates.
• Conduct outreach to candidates, screening processes, interviews, and extend job offers.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
• Keep precise records of recruiting activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
• Monitor and analyze recruiting KPIs and data to inform hiring strategies and enhance processes.
• Provide assistance in hiring for other roles across the organization as needed.
• Aid in employee retention efforts.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for BCBA, Supervisors, and BT positions within the behavioral or mental health sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources within a healthcare environment.
• Strong familiarity with platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and other recruitment tools.
• Comfortable engaging with entry-level candidates and professionals; able to effectively “sell” the role and organizational culture.
• Exceptional communication skills—friendly, persuasive, and professional.
• Strong organizational abilities and capability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Experience in community outreach or event-based recruiting is an advantage.
• Data-oriented mindset; capable of tracking metrics, analyzing hiring trends, and reporting on results.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude capable of taking initiative, enhancing processes, and working either independently or as part of a team.
• Dependable computer, workspace, and internet connection (mandatory).
