ABA Recruiter – 6 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for RBT positions across various regions, including the Greater Denver Area and Tulsa, Oklahoma.

• Identify and engage potential candidates primarily using Indeed and other recruitment platforms.

• Perform initial interviews and assist candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Organize interviews with leadership to ensure a swift progression of the hiring process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (scheduling, onboarding, payroll) to facilitate a seamless experience for candidates.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for high-volume environments.

• Familiarity with or a strong interest in ABA / behavioral health is highly desirable.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and capable of prioritizing tasks independently.

• Effective communicator with a strong commitment to follow-through.

• Flexible and able to adapt quickly when priorities change.
