4D/5D Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Spearhead project discovery and validate 4D and 5D scope in alignment with client objectives and information-exchange requirements.

• Establish and manage the 4D and 5D engagement budgets; oversee budget reviews and forecasting.

• Perform technology reviews and confirm the toolchain, worksharing, and collaboration setup for the engagement.

• Develop the deliverable plan, cadence, and quality standards for the engagement; govern 4D Quality Management on the client's side.

• Manage risks, scope changes, and the overall health and profitability of the engagement.

• Direct the engagement team through the Team Leader; set priorities and eliminate obstacles, without controlling the capacity model.

• Maintain the client relationship, including managing expectations, communication, reviews, and outcomes during client, trade, and PM meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience, including 4D/5D VDC delivery (minimum of 3 years specifically in 4D) and project/client leadership.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire 4D/5D process with the capability to scope, budget, and govern engagements.

• Strategic fluency with the toolchain (Synchro/Fuzor, Navisworks, Revit, P6) and expertise in Power BI for budget forecasting.

• Proven experience in client relationship management and the ability to translate technical insights into business value.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including decision-making in uncertain situations and managing the health and profitability of engagements.
