4D Construction Project Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the development and management of construction timelines for data center projects utilizing Primavera P6, Synchro, and Microsoft Project.

• Employing estimating tools to assess material quantities and labor needs for effective project execution.

• Constructing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), defining tasks, assigning resources, and establishing activity codes to delineate project scopes.

• Assessing the critical path, resource requirements, and project slack to guarantee timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.

• Producing Gantt charts, resource allocation diagrams, and other crucial reports for project stakeholders.

• Partnering with BIM teams to synchronize project schedules with the Revit BIM model, enabling the development of 4D BIM schedules and construction simulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or construction.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English at B1 level or higher.

• 5-10 years of experience in the construction sector managing intricate construction projects featuring significant electrical and/or mechanical components; projects can range from commercial, industrial, transportation, to utilities.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.

• Extensive experience in Revit is mandatory.

• Familiarity with MS Access is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Exceptional organizational and management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and initiate actions.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
